This is a wonderful rendition on that Fox ! Your thoughts about being stuck in jams on this one as a banjoist resonates with me. You've inspired me to get my "wood backed instrument" out and try to learn something close to what you are doing with this. Is this by any chance in your Thursday evening sharing ? Hi Hillary, I really enjoyed your first book of clawhammer tabs, really easy to pick up. It helped me greatly building some confidence when I started. (Big Scioty will always be my favourite and I still play along your video! ) Are you thinking of doing another one? Would love an intermediate version ;)

hello Hillary: Just listened to you playing and singing (with the Wild Goats), Jenny Hang the Kettle On. Is that played like the tune Polly Put the Kettle On? Are they the same?

Hi Richard! Thanks for asking a great question! They are definitely related, but I play the tunes pretty differently. My fave version of Polly Put the Kettle on is Wade Ward, and Virgil Anderson for Jenny Hang the Kettle on.
