Since covid my workout went from 30 mins a day to most the day. Wake up at 4am run 3 miles go to work do sets of 20 push ups till lunch 300 to 500 depending on how busy I am . Get home do 150 sit ups and 3 sets of 50 and 3 sets of 12 curls 50 lbs dumbbells . I work in a collision center sanding and buffing fresh paint jobs on mercades and hondas. Got rid of my creeper seat and will squat till I'm sweating instead of sitting . 42 gotta stay hard

Cliff Notes: Ayahausca = Caapi Vine but Ayahuasca also = Chacruna (DMT source) + Caapi vine (MAOI that lets the chacruna work), the latter is the brew that people commonly refer to Dieta is usually No Meat, No drugs/Rx, Bare minimum salt and sugar, no smoking, no sex, no masturbating...usually for 2 weeks prior. but dieta can be more or less restrictive depending on who is administering the brew
