I enjoyed this sage woman all year long. I'm always so tha kful for her quiet times and reiki sessions that help me find a peace inside my heart. I'm a veteran and found myself lost until someone mentioned ASMR therapy and it just flowed effortlessly into reiki sessions. I've learned so much by remaining still and breathing. It is a whole task to remain calm at least for me. It only works if you practice it. Only then will the magic and healing begin.🎉❤❤❤🎉

Thank you, this was just what I needed right now. I’ve recently discovered that I have ADHD/autism (at 46yrs old) and am just going through the unmasking process after decades of trying to fit into a neurotypical world. I’ve no idea what was me and what was mask, but this was a start of the journey. In the cave deep inside myself it was dark with a small child clutching a big pearl, with dark green crystals around the cave. No idea what that means, but I gave that child a big hug and said I would look after her. It made me quite emotional ❤️

This was really helpful for me. I’m a non-binary trans person visiting family over the holidays, and it’s rough, to say the least. They were not even trying to remember my pronouns. Family is the hardest, i know. But it was really hard for me too. I couldn’t sleep, so I watched this video, and I felt so peaceful easing into focusing on myself and how I can continue to cultivate a sense of self and advocate for my own needs, a little bit at a time.
