Niche topics like Reiki for PMS or migraines are less likely to be picked up by the algorithm than broader topics like asmr for anxiety for example. There I'll be uploading two extra ASMR reiki videos per month, of which the topics will be decided by you. I absolutely love what you did in this video with the cool rainforest sound effects! Especially the River/Water portion of it layered with your signature Reiki Symbols! Even when you described the rainforest and river in your whispering/soft spoken voice that alone was very tingly! You are very good with these narrations in Addition to your signature hypnotic Hand Movements Silke! Adding the sound effects of the river and such was a nice touch to! Thank you Silka. Perfect timing as I decided to stop taking any pharma meds and use yoga, diet and exercise instead and my emotions are very eradic from my brain readjusting from years of taking ssri meds. I've noticed some broken anxiety also primarily in the middle of the nights rest.

Boy I struggle with the visualization on this one. I tried picturing a beautiful calm river, but all I kept seeing was dirty brown water, infested with crocodiles and leeches. Makes me worry about my emotional state, a little.
