As far as the melted meters go, the same was seen in the California fires. Same technology. Also, the laser that creates the channel through the air appears to be infrared, so not visible to the eye but has shown up on a cell-phone camera.

Look up the following KZbin video: "Induction Heating - Quick Demonstration". It runs about 13 seconds. I don't know how this could be done from a distance but several examples that the realtor Eric prostwd look like Inductive Heating of Steel. The melted Steel culvert pipe (in the ground), the steel pipe that burned thru the church ceiling and a separate video of the Arborist showing a fence in a California fire where the only area of the fence that burned was the fence post where the STEEL NAILS are at. Ferrous metals can quickly heat Glowing Red thru Inductive heating. Maybe some new tech that can do this from a considerable distance? Most modern cars are made up about 54% Steel. Might explain how those cars are burning by themselves and easily melting the aluminum wheels. Look up the video I discussed above. You'll see just how quick a steel bar can be turned red hot without anything being directly connected to it.

The second I heard about the Maui Fires, I got on YT and searched for Paradise, CA. They had similar fire there a few yrs ago..... Thew Landscape of both places after the Fires, were exactly the same.... not all items in both places were burnt, but the Aluminum Wheels on vehicles were melted, homes gone, only the foundations left, other things in both places not even touched...! Directed Energy Weapon(s)...!

Lasers during daylight are near impossible to see... ir lasers are infrared... they won't be visible unless you're looking thru a camera that can pickup things illumined by infrared. Its why you see a smartphone flash every 5-10 seconds taking snapshots wherever one is...
