It's all about coverage not necessarily 5G coverage. Verizon and AT&T blow away T-Mobile with rural coverage. Your phone needs to work about everywhere and T-Mobile doesn't cut it in that department. Data breaches are real, and T-Mobile expects you to give them a bank account number instead of a credit card for autopay discounts. I don't think so. Give me prepaid any day.

As long as you get the plus plan. Deprioritization still exists in some places that don't have 5GUW. The priority data helps with that. Another outstanding Verizon carrier is US Mobile. They have great pricing and plans for about everyone with great customer service.

T-Mobile has horrible coverage in my area. I had them a year ago and there was no service at my apartment and one of the biggest shopping centers in town. I also have had very poor experiences with their customer service. If you call about poor coverage or low signal they insist they will “connect you to their best tower” (yes multiple representatives said this) which is bullshit. Nobody cares about perks if the network isn’t good, that is what you’re paying for at the end of the day!! I now have AT&T and I am very happy with them. No perks, but the network is VERY strong. I travel a lot and AT&T has been great in most places I have gone. Data speeds are very consistent.

T mobile is the best I have home internet with t mobile I get off peak download speed of 980mbs and upload speed of 103mbs.Their customer service it’s excellent.I also have Verizon mobile phone I’m incredibly happy with their customer service.T mobile already bought US cellular, they are coverage will greatly improve in the rural areas.T mobile will obtain 4 million subscribers once it acquires US cellular

Speaking as a Michigan resident, T-Mobile is killing it killing it❤❤❤❤❤❤ anyone that knows Michigan is very City Suburban and a lot of rural and they are killing it some people might not understand that 5G is the new LTE so if a company is spending time expanding their 5G coverage, that's literally what your phone is going to work on. So people being stuck in the past talking about it's not all about 5G coverage. Yes it is 5G is the new standard for better speeds, better coverage faster loading faster everything you want your service provider to be focused on that and not just putting up some basic Tower with the bare minimum technology and then saying we have good coverage😂

I've used the big three and T-Mobile is best in coverage and best in 5G. The speeds are insane. Sherri is perfect.

I’m surprised you said Tmobile has the worst customer service. According to J.D. Power they have the best customer care over Verizon and AT&T over and over again.

As a former Mystery shopper and survey taker, I just laugh when people bring up JD Power surveys. Because when you take those surveys, they are slanted aka paid to give good reviews. If survey takers want to be paid for "those " supposed unbiased views, well then the surveys only shows what JD powers wants you to say. It's a farce that people are independently able to give a reliable, genuine response because JD Power surveys are rigged !

I'm not sure if your customer service experience is specifically related to you. Calling in and talking to one of the reps. I'm not really sure when compared to your other videos. You dedicated almost a whole minute and 10 seconds last towards T-Mobile than you did to AT&t. So I don't know if it's because you don't have T-Mobile and you've mentioned in the past that you like AT&t, but this video seems kind of biased so it's a one-star experience for me

im leaving them soon their home wifi sucks and i lose cell coverage in a couple places even tho i live in the city

I recommend you resetting your network settings and starting your phone off and on for about 30 seconds with your home internet. I recommend that you set it up somewhere high by the window. It is 5G home internet so it does need to be by a window away from a microwave somewhere where it's going to get good strong reception to be able to propagate it across your house. Most T-Mobile stores or Metro by T-Mobile stores set it up for you to make sure that it works before you leave. If they didn't then you know. I apologize because they should be to make sure you have a good experience across the board. Hope this helps. If it doesn't, I understand. Best of luck🎉
