As someone who's only ever skied in Australia it's crazy to me how much snow there is on the last day! Hoping I can tick Whistler off my bucket list one day.

Whistler also closes earlier, typically in April so they can make the bike trails, so there tends to be a lot more snow at closing than Blackcomb which closes later in the season.

Glad you liked the footy. I was trying out the gopro on my head and it worked pretty sweet. The audio sucked but I also thought the angle felt more realistic in terms of speed and what i see.

I was at Blackcomb the day after, and until Thursday. Friday was a zoo, so I passed on the 2 hour line up. At least Monday was only a 1 hour line up.😁

@Rise & Alpine I gave Monday a 8.5/10 (only because of the lineup), Tuesday I gave it 9.7/10, and one of the top 3 days in my 55 years of skiing, Wednesday was a 9.5/10, and in my top 10 days ever, Thursday was a 8.0 due to no new snow, high winds, and only 2cm fresh. Friday morning, I got to the gondola at 10 a.m., and the lineup was twice as long as Monday. An hour I would have waited, but 2 hours or more was not going to work because I couldn't chance missing my ferry back. Next year, I have my first seniors pass, and I'm gonna rock WB every day I can.

For example, if you run a youtube channel that features new exotic cars, you don't want the youtube to push your "How to change tires on a Ferrari" video that you just decided to put out oneday, because then people who are just interested in videos like "how to diy change tires on any car" would be recommended by youtube to watch that, and they won't find it interesting nor useful. So this is perfect that the algo hard picked up this one because it perfectly aligns with the videos you've been uploading and in the future to come. Also, it's the last of the season kind of thing. So It will continued to get watched all the rest of the year until the next year. along with your videos you've already made. This is the best case scenario! Money. Vail likes juicing every dollar possible from the resort. It would be slick of them if they ran the Peak2Peak and let us shred the Whistler side into May, but they need to get prepped for the bike park. At least we still get Blackcomb until June. They actually used to keep the high alpine open to the public all summer on the glacier which was fun.

Hey man, what camera setup do you use? Im an mountain biker and im looking around at cameras and was checking out DJI vs gopro and liked ur setup

I use a mix of go pro 11 and insta360 onex2. If you're planning to mainly post on socials the 360 is the play. For crisper and more lifelike footage I find the go pro works great. Go pro is the camera for the first part of this video and 360 is in the middle portion - you can kind of see the difference when I switch them up. Both cameras work great

The 104's are keepers for sure! They crush everything. It was fun to have the 115's which have a little more rocker for playing in the pow. I'll do a full gear review once the season is done!
