Chris, what are the best open trees on the mountain? I’m getting out there with my wife mid Feb and I don’t think she could handle the tight stuff. Looking for something a little more accessible for her.

Those trees are very tight, and quite the commitment. Lots of good options when learning trees: symphony area on Whistler is great as well as area between emerald and harmony chair (ratfink and below). On Blackcomb; crystal chair has lots of nice forested bits between the runs and a few glazed runs. There’s also the whole section between the gondola and the ride to 7th Heaven chair( raptors ride, where’s Joe etc). Personally crystal was always my favourite when learning but symphony has some great mellow trees runs too
