This is one of the more beautiful parts of North Yorkshire and is the place where I was lucky enough to one day catch a sight of a Kingfisher. In summer it is a lovely place to see fish jumping for flies just a little further up stream from the old mill at Egton bridge.

Hey Glenn thoroughly as I always do with your films.. I enjoyed it more because it had fish in it.. does trout like little rockets when trying to get up stream . I thoroughly enjoyed it ,thank you very very much ..I am looking forward to the 🫡👍

Hello.. I would love to get some footage of them salmon...i noticed you moved in the video.. Where was that spot where the salmon were.. Was it at the first place Egton Bridge.. Great video 👍

Is their a headstone for a 14 year old cabin boy who was killed and eaten after a ship wreck??? I can remember seeing it years ago ????

@@thewhitbyphotographer I can remember my dad showing it to me when I was a kid it was about 55 years ago and I’m abit weathered now at 60 so I can imagine the grave stones had a bit of a rough time up there over the years.. it always stuck in my head about the stuff that the old sailors went through
