White Bean Chicken Chili
3 cups Rotisserie chicken diced
1 package Taco Seasoning
Salt & pepper
1 can rotel tomatoes & chilis
2 cans great northern beans
1 can cream of chicken
2 cans water
shredded Jack cheese
In a pot add cream of chicken, white beans, water, Rotel (diced tomatoes with chili’s)and taco seasoning. Mix together good and add 3 cups diced chicken.
Bring to a boil reduce to a simmer.
Simmer for 15 minutes or up to 2 hours or more.
Pour a bowl and add shredded cheese to top. Enjoy
