No benifit of repairing the roof top with any material especially if yu r leaving in hilly areas.Mason willl always give such ideas which is totally wastage of money.Tried all this material but is useless and we end up spoiling money. Better is plant iron sheet seen on top of adjoing building in this video.

Undoubtedly Iron sheet installation is best solution, but it costs a lot. Moreover it cannot be implemented on vertical surface exterior walls.

Use pure 301 . Apply 2 or 3 coats of this liquid on dry surface . The result will be for permanent. Don't mix any thing in this liquid. keep this solution away from water.
