Can I make a pinata cake ? But the chocolate keeps cracking while removing? So if I bake a chocolate sponge m then pore chocolate on it glaze it ? Plz guide

what a great idea! pinata cake are soooo trendy!!! you can make a sponge cake and then glaze it with melted chocolate mixed with cocoa butter or neutral oil!

it depends on the preparation. if you make a mousse you can leave it outdite till the preparation reaches +4 degrees and it can be eaten
