I've just made some and they are delicious, I didn't use raspberries (can't have raspberries because of the seeds)I used lemon zest. I will be making these again.

Made these in electric fan oven and the raspberries on top of dough burned can i put them on when they come out of oven??

I did these and they taste lovely but the raspberries burnt on the outside so not sure if it was the gas oven or me putting them in the fridge an hour beforehand
