When I was in class 10th my Hair is 75to80% white but i take daily half ltr of water just wake up early morning now my hair is only 20% white but nowadays little bit increase whiteness and my beard is starting white abhut 4-5 hair only now I m in tension for beard only not for hair My experience says that the white hair becomes because of tension or irregular food so change your diet take fruits or vegetables or access amount of water
