Jamaica does has a lot of bad roads but equally disturbing is that too many people don't take care of their front yard. Those properties have no curb appeal because there is no landscaping going or the perimeter fence needs repair or painting. The worst thing to see is people living in mult-imillion dollar mansion but their property is unkept.

I totally agree with you when it comes to the curb appeal, they only have a few homes in these developments but they could at least have some curb appeal, it’s literally an eye sore. I think it will be beautiful when it’s fully developed. Can’t wait to see it then.

What is disturbing is when these developments are completed, it’s going to be like the rest of the island, access to beaches will be non existent, which I don’t think it’s fair. And I also don’t think people should have to pay to go to the beach. And the fishermen that depend on that for their living what’s going to happen to them ??? Jamaica have to think !! “Long Term” everything is not always about the here and now. I also guarantee you most of these developments don’t have fruit trees or a little garden. “Not Good” very soon they are going to be depending on everything from overseas. What sense does that make, when JA is so fruitful . Just my thoughts !!

Roads built by private developers in these kind of housing development never really last,. you can see this all over Jamaica. Why? because they are built in the cheapest manner and the Parish Councils look the other way. The only developer I see that built quality roads in their housing development is Mooreland development company. These are the same people who are involved in the White house resort development , the development outside of Lacovia and Perth road in Manchester.

These neighborhoods are beautiful, but as Jahlove Lewis mentioned these home are beautiful but no curb appeal, they could cut the grass and make the front of the homes presentable. I know it’s only a few but it makes a difference. Can’t wait to see the developments when they are completely done and lived in. It should be very beautiful.

The should have perfect roads where all these villas are and nice houses. The people allow it and comfortable with it that's why the prime ministers doesn't care because they will still vote him in again. Then again if the roads were perfect they would drive to and from to commit crimes, it's just how it is there.
