Governor Kemp said there were 90 counties in dire need of help and Biden only declared 11 federal emergency zones. Kemp said he had to call the president to ask him to declare ALL devastated counties emergency areas. That doesn't sound like giving communities that have been leveled by the hurricane everything they need.She also said in the beginning that those saying FEMA is running out of money are guilty of misinformation. Then, later on said that FEMA will run out of money by the end of the year. She is a pathetic liar.
