Easy Lemon Pickle / Vella Naranga
Ingredients
1. Lime /Lemon - ½ kg (12-15)
2. Salt - ½ cup (100gm)
3. Kanthari (Bird’s eye chilli)/ Green chilli- 80 to 100gm
4. Boiled cooled water - 700 to 800 ml
Preparation
1. Cut each lemon into small cubes.
2. Add salt & chopped chilli. Stir well adding the water so that water covers the ingredients fully well.
3. Bottle it & stir well daily once.
4. Store for one week & begin to use. But best after 2 to 3 week.
