Harry's voice is so good and pitch perfect it sounds like he's been auto-tuned.

This "live" recordings are produced afterwards, so you're probably right and the voide was re-tuned. Harry is not a great singer (from the technical point of view) and he goes out of tune easily live. But he, woh, he delivers feeling ... and that's all what matters.
