The waves of sound can help calming your mind. It is good for meditation and sleep. Just close your eyes, breath in and out slowly. It can also act as a kind of white noise for you to focus.
The sound is derived from air conditioners. I accidentally found it quite soothing in the form of waves during the making of my music project of music concrete at school. So I made the video.
