To anyone who struggles with ADHD, know that you are not alone and that you have so much to offer the world. Your unique perspective and way of thinking can bring so much value and creativity to the table. It can be challenging at times to navigate a world that may not always understand or accommodate your needs, but remember that you have the strength and resilience to overcome any obstacle. Don't let anyone else's limited expectations hold you back. Believe in yourself and your abilities, and don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it. No need to have ADHD to have soundwaves and brainwaves making the effect on brain based on quite basic physics - frequency and resonation. Just everyone responds and vibrates a bit differently hence why for some the brown or pink sounds work better - depending on how you need to affect the brain - stimulate or calm etc. But very interesting phenomenon and am so grateful for finding it and be able to use 🧠🕊️🪽

I'm almost 33 now and I have only recently started to believe I might have ADHD. Sometimes I have trouble focusing on things and I have this constant need of overstimulation. Other times I become obsessed with something and spend a huge amount of time and energy on it, only to forget about it later. I always need music, but most songs feel boring. I want music or a podcast or both at the same time. I get bored very easily. I have trouble finishing tasks because at some point they stop being engaging or interesting. I am a very creative person and I always have so many ideas for projects (people say I'm pretty good at writing) but I find it hard to finish any project. I think perhaps I coukd make a living out of it if I could focus enough to actually do it. I have started wtiting about 7 books, but abandoned all of them. I have the stories all in my head, down to the very minimal details (I obsess about the little details, I do obsessive research, I come up with names that mean something, numbers that mean something, everything must mean something and it must be a perfect link in a perfect chain) but once I have everything in my head I lose interest, like I'm bored and I don't have any motivation to write it down. All my life I thought I was lazy, but I don't think that anymore. I am a very hard worker at my job (in finance) and I now realise that because numbers don't come easy to me I have to work harder than others. Sometimes numbers seem to blend in together and orher times I have trouble memorizing them. For example, I don't know any phone number, not even my own. I don't know my own social security number. It's a mystery to me how I ended up working in finance. I always sucked at math. Life played a huge prank on me here.

Humans were not designed to be institutionalized, controlled by capitalism and ultimately turned into money making machines. Life was intended to be a selfless and happy collective. White noise is a lifesaver for me. I always have my fan on inside the house, day and night, to drown out any other noise to avoid sensory overload but when I'm outside, it gets overwhelming. This is the only sound that is similar to my fan and actually works for me. Thank you so much!

Thank you ADHDVision! You are a lifesaver. Having a community environment is incredibly important for not struggling alone and growing together!

i was so shocked when my brain shut up for the first time in my life the constant voices and overthinking stop i mostly care about the voices because i can be working then i’ll think about a completely different thing and can’t focus but this helps is that what it feels like to not have adhd now i see why people without adhd don’t stress as much and focus better

Thank you for your channel.... this video really helped me today while I had to fill out a tax form and I was so nervous and prone to distraction (the way my mind does when it wants to procrastinate), so again, thank you. I completed my task, and I know it's because of this video!

This is actually what I needed for my distraction with everything going on in life and for school in general. I tend to get easily distracted in things listening to calm music did not really help me in the long term. With the white waves noise when doing schoolwork, actually helped me to stay focused and not get stressed about little things in life.

Thank you for this. My attention seeking, main character syndrome having neighbours enjoy doing home renovations using power tools from 10pm straight through to 3am. This helped me sleep last night.

Time ago I downloaded a 15 minute audio of white noise. In my case it helps me to sleep. I use it when I go to bed and my brain is still looping around work tasks & so. For work I need music with rhythm. I guess it works like a clock or a pacemaker.
