O.M.G I have never been diagnosed with ADHD, but now lately, I have been thinking I should go to doctor to find out if I actually have it. Anyhow, I have been really stressed and actually been working three straight days with my school work and deadlines. It has been really stressing, and today as it´s the third day of doing these projects I had two panic attacks for too much stress. I had a talk with my friend and decided to try one of these sounds, even tho I was sure they wouldn´t work with me. I started doing one of my projects and I was shocked. I was so focused, that I didn´t check my phone or surrondings even once and I literally thought it has been ten or maybe 15 minutes. After I finished my project, I paused this video only to notice it took 35 minutes. 35 damn minutes. It was literally mindblowing. I have never focused this good in anything I am not very interested to do. This was amazing and I will use this anytime I have to focus on something.

@modernmusicmedicine2303 Жыл бұрын
Hi @alyanaabantas - listen to this at a comfortable volume, especially if you're listening in headphones. But there is no special volume that would potentially increase the power of white noise if that makes sense. Just don't blast out your ear drums. Enjoy!

@modernmusicmedicine23032 жыл бұрын
This is actually the frequency of white noise that was "smoothed" and modulated for a gentler effect. I also have brown and pink noise audio if you prefer. It's not necessarily how you perceive the noise which gives it its color, it's the frequency range. Thank you for listening.

Maybe pink noise could help, Im posting a pink noise video soon. Don't give up! Everyone's brains are different and require different frequencies for optimal brain function :)
