White Queso Dip ~ Gluten Free

Ingredients:
Block Of Pepper Jack Cheese
White American Cheese
1 Can Evaporated Milk
Jalapeños
Optional Toppings:
Tomatoes
Cilantro
Directions:
Cut the cheese into cubes and dice your jalapeños
In a pan over medium high heat pour in the evaporated milk, then add in both cheeses and melt it down for 10 minutes. Lower heat if needed.
Once the cheese starts to form a layer on top add in the jalapeños and take off the heat.
Serve with chips and more toppings
