White Sauce Pasta with Spicy Grilled Chicken Recipe
Fettuccine 70 % Boiled 250 Grams (You can take any pasta/spaghetti)
Chicken fillets 500 Grams (you can take bonless chunks too)
Marinate with
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp lemon juice/vinegar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
salt to taste
onion powder half tsp
garlic powder half tsp
black pepper powder 1 tsp
red chilli powder and red chilli flakes 1 Tbsp (keep it spicy)
mix dried herbs half tsp
Grill/ bake or air fry the chicken
Tips: Flame Medium high
7 minutes each side cooking
Not pressing the meat at all
Not flipping/checking the meat in between
Sauce:
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
add 2 cups of milk
1 (200ml)packet of cream
mix and cook for 2 minutes
Add
salt to taste
black pepper powder 1 tbsp
red chilli flakes and powder 1 tsp
dried mix herbs half tsp
give it a boil
add fettuccine
1 tbsp any hot sauce/siracha/tobasco/chilli garlic sauce
