Nice job, Years ago I worked in a wood door factory. We made every style imaginable. We would use wood slivers that are cut in a steep triangle shape and glue and pound them into the gaps with the grain useing a hot iron. Did a nice job filling the holes or pitch pockets. Thanks for the Video.

I'm watching for bits and pieces you do to the wood that I can get away with doing here. They built these bungalow condos in the mid to late 70's they put subterranean basements in, so really poor ventilation as far as construction goes, so I try to do minimal projects, most of which is upcycle. Are you able to tell me what that black material for filling cracks is? I don't want you to give up Trade secrets but if I don't ask....I love this door construction, I enjoy watching you prepare the joins and fit it together, it is kind of therepeutic! Oops I found your Amazon list, is it the Lepages Polyurethane adhesive?
