I being born in Pushya agree with most of the observations. Even last one is 100% correct. I have eaten in over 500+ different restaurants and have always ordered new or unique items listed in the menu and I get irritated when people order the same Dal (lentil) and Cottage Cheese dishes.

Wow, VERY true for me. Dr. Pai and Mr. Ram you are both great teachers. Let me add my own experience with Pushya: First of all, my Moon and Mercury are conjunct in Pushya pada 1, Moon with the lower degree. Every Pushya characteristic in "Other Pushya Features" you said was right Mr. Ram. I've eaten voraciously often in my life even if my stomach is full. I have always had frequent sinus problems, in winter usually. I also like being an advisor rather than leader. Also with what Dr. Pai said at 49:05 about remembering what people have said, yes I do that, even holding it against them sometimes and trying to "digest" the meaning of their words by confronting them about what they meant in those words, and because of it being brought up so late it makes me look bitter or annoying. Now - in terms of marriage, I am only 18 years old however I DO feel as though I am inclined to play out that role of potentially getting cheated on because of not paying attention to my spouse, so that's something I would need to remember. And I also feel like I am the type to choose to take care of someone else's child, and even initially feel like I dislike kids but not ultimately. Now, a friend I have has Rahu in Pushya pada 4 getting the 8th aspect of Mars and she DOES have problems digesting food. She is underweight and she has been starved living with her father and she has stomach acid problems. However she gained weight easily by visiting her grandparents in her native land. It would be great to see Dr. Arjun Pai and Bharat Ram on Kapiel Raaj's channel again because you two bring a lot of eye opening information on characteristics of nakshatra natives! Thank you for these videos!

Since you have both Moon and Mercury in Pushya - at some point you may or may need to consume Cod Liver Oil/Fish/Fish Oil (provided you currently do not consume fish) and or the wonder plant Spirulina and the vitamin B12. I wonder why do you say Spirulina? I think I heard you say in a video that Spirulina is associated with Ashlesha. That's a coincidence because I also have 2 other planets in Ashlesha - Rahu and Sun. Very interesting. I love football it's really good how Dr pai can even reach there. Lately started watching these long videos I'm having a good time knowing about our culture and religious values also noticed our moms do these remedies without even knowing much like moms have some supernatural powers they know what needs to be done. During the Moon's transit through the various Nakshatra's on daily basis - it activates the Karakatwas of that Nakshatra. For example, Moon is transiting via Ashwini today (10/December/2016). If you analyse your day today you may or will find that topics like medicine, treatment, travel, twin, or the number 2 playing an important part of your day till the Moon is in Ashwini. Further, the transit of the Moon in Ashwini will also activate the opposite Nakshatras - Chitra and Swati. You may also find that in addition to Ashwini you may also see the signatures of Chitra and Swati during the course of the Ashwini day! Trust this clarifies. Best wishes

@@bharatram5946 Sir you so true. My ex boyfriend has moon in pushya, and I have Jupiter in pushya in cancer conjunct ketu (in punarvasu). He is a libra ascendant and I am a libra moon. Somewhere I read that Muslims are represented by ketu. I worked in my boyfriend's company(a startup tech company) and he proposed me, the very first day he asked me if I would marry him for sure. I have my moon in 8th house in libra in Swati Nakshatra. Just after 15 days of proposal, something abrupt happened and his father is strictly against this relationship now. And we are not together. I met him in Jupiter mahadasha and ketu Antardasha. He is a brilliant person. But it is so unfortunate that we can't be together. Sir you are so right. Swati Nakshatra (I had my moon in swati) and my boyfriend's moon was in pushya. We were an excellent team. Don't know why it didn't work.

Do you have two gainful businesses? If not, you may in future. The result will be decided by where Saturn is placed in your chart. However, you may have a very religious outlook - or your spouse may be very religious. All the best

I do not know why you have raised this question. There is nothing I have heard about the need for Cancer or Leo Lagna native to marry late. Cancer ascendant love home and family and tend to marry early. Leo ascendant natives are surrounded by women (or by men if the native is a lady) and could end up marrying early! Be that as it may, there could still be other reasons (which I am not aware of) which may necessitate a late marriage as suggested by you. In any case, if one is a Cancer Lagna then the 7H is Capricorn and the ruler is Saturn. If the Ascendant is Leo then the 7H is Aquarius and the ruler is Saturn. Saturn matures at 35-36 years. So, your question may stem from the fact that that the native must marry when the 7H ruler (in case of Cancer and Leo the ruler is Saturn) matures. However, I have seen dozens of charts when Cancer and Leo natives have married at 27-30 with no adverse consequences. So, I am not able to answer your query conclusively. Best wishes

What is the significance of Sun in Pushya? Pushya Nakshatra being ruled by Saturn, One would suspect contradicting results. I have Moon in UttaraBhadrapada in the fourth and Sun and Mercury in Pushya in the eighth along with Mars in Ashlesha.

Andrew Stang-Green No analysis can be made without analysing the complete chart. All planetary placements, not just Sun in Pushya, can give contradictory results. In your case, this placement may have given you secret work of advisory nature with the government or a government like authority. The secret work may also be (re) search related. Thank you sir, I do understand that one or two placements do not tell the entire story, albeit I have always been curious about the actual significance of Sun in Jyotish as the Moon is given most prominence as representing Mind. One can not help but wonder why vedic astrology does not use the ascendant over the Moon though. Devyani Sawant : As always, it is never correct to talk about a single planetary placement in isolation to the rest of the chart. This placement of Jupiter also depends on the Bhava in which Jupiter is placed from the Lagna and from the Moon. Further, the Pada of Pushya in which Jupiter is placed is also important. However, be that as it may (or throwing caution to the winds and looking at this placement in isolation), we MAY say that is placement is good as Jupiter is exalted in Pushya in Pada II at 5 degrees in the Cancer sign. Some may say that an exalted but retrograde Jupiter is like a debilitated Jupiter. However, this need not be an accurate assessment. Jupiter is happy being in Pushya and in Kataka/Cancer. This Jupiter COULD make the lady's spouse and/or child a good guide or teacher. It may show the individual (who has this planetary placement) the way to a higher understanding of the self. If this sign (Cancer) is the 1st/4th/7th/10th house of the chart - alone - then the native also has Hamsa Yoga -indicating the highest qualities of Jupiter in terms of knowledge/education/children/devotion/intuition etc. Since this Jupiter is retrograde these qualities may manifest more when Jupiter is also retrograde in transit - like it is now. Revati and Pushya (as far as I know ) are not any more connected than any two other Nakshatras. The confusion of their connection seems to stem from the fact that the deity of Revati is Pushyan ( a deity of the Sun) which sounds similar to Pushya. Pushyan is the deity who shows the way and is also a deity connected with nourishment. Since Pushya (symbol of the udder which also signifies nourishment or 'pushti' ) is also connected with nourishment Revati and Pushya seem to be connected. Of course, both Pushya and Revati are connected by being contained in a water sign (Pisces and Cancer) like Scorpio is too. Beyond this, I do not know of any connection between Pushya and Revati.
