Keep it simple, buy things you understand, take some risk but don't try to shoot the lights out. I’m invested in ETFs, REITs, and Individual bluechip company stocks and work with a CFA. On average, she takes 10% of earnings, but using *Lina Dineikiene's* system allows for a more hands-off approach. I conservatively follow her recommendations and market entry and exit points, and tbh this makes it fairly simple for me... I'm convinced it's not just hard work but smartwork:-)

Great vid! End of the year, so I'm also planning ahead. Have been following you for years and ignored your bitcoin-maxi vids a bit ... I didn't think bitcoin (unlike blockchain) had any value other than what traders give it and "just because it has a limited supply". Solely scarcity doesn't imply value imo... That was, until, I remembered the book I read after your recommendation, The Creature from Jekyll Island... I remembered that inflation decreases the value of all the loans. Since all the money in the world are loans, inflation kills your bank account (also a loan, one the bank has to you). This can never happen with bitcoin because of its limited supply. Although in the bitcoin ecosystem, loans may held in other crypto's, each having it's own value in btc #Defi Thanks for all the information you shared here on YT !!! Enjoy the holidays

I always enjoy your White Board Finance. I was happy to see collectibles make a percentage. I'm a vintage NBA fan as well. About 4 years ago, I started buying high grade and rare (PSA and Beckett) slabbed on card autographs for vintage basketball (Jerry West, Big "O," tons of Hall of Famers, etc..), plus some Jordan stuff. It's best to seek an advisor right now, unless you're canny yourself. As a business owner in both the service industry and eBay reseller of all product categories, I can tell you we’re in a deep recession and everyone is running out of money.

I agree, that's the more reason I prefer my day to day invst decisions being guided by a invst-advisor, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not out-perform, been using a invst-coach for over 2years+ and I've netted over $900K.

True, initially I wasn't quite impressed with my gains, opposed to my previous performances, I was doing so badly, figured I needed to diverssify into better assets, I touched base with a portfolio-advisor and that same year, I pulled a net gain of 550k...that's like 7times more than I average on my own.
