You definitely need an assistant. Since Terry moved on you definitely have been struggling and im sure you miss the workshop banter. Personally just my thoughts... You have a brilliant brand. It stands for absolute perfection. Watching "other online detailers", you are far beyond anyone else in the quality of your work. It really stands out and that makes you a world leader. I think WhiteDetails could become a franchise. The only issue being the management and ensuring the QA of those WhiteDetail Franchises to make sure they are working at the level required by the brand. But that could potentially be a financial gamechanger for you.

You’re doing it the right way. It’s natural for detailers to focus on gaps, deficiencies and missing skills/tools in their process and approach. Just make sure to stop and look back after a while. I’m sure there’s a lot you’ve already mastered that you were too busy to notice.

Seriously Jim, I know a lot of others have already said similar, but we NEED someone like you in the detailing game. Your levels of workmanship and professionalism are a standard to be held up to many, many of the other companies out there. Plus, you are holding companies, car manufacturers and dealerships to account when no-one else is brave enough to do it. It's helping to keep them more honest. The UK detailing industry would be losing one of its absolute best if you decided to pack up and do something else. Then who will people bring their cars to when other "detailers" have done a rubbish job? If you weren't so far away I'd come and work with you myself mate!

Great to see the Bentley eventually finished to the right standard that a car of this pedigree deserves. What hope is there for the rest of us who own everyday cars to get a repair/respray to a good standard if a Bentley dealership allows cars to be released to customers in this state? Your attention to detail is second to none, I learn something new on every video. It would be great to see you with a supporting crew member who can share the work load and we could also enjoy your banter. Best wishes and stay safe
