sorry to say..... this does not even scratch the surface of "THE MAGNIFICENCE" of Whitehaven beach! I was there many years ago, & you have to be up close & personal with your feet in the squeaky , unbelievably white sand. And then you look out at the crystal clear aquamarine water......gently washing in and out ......listening to it .......seeing it...... feeling the ebb & flow of the tide....... time stands still & you "lose yourself in rapture".....

Hi David, Thank you for your creative feedback. I visited a long time ago and had no problems flying as I had applied for the RPA/UAV/Drone and through CASA. August might be cold during this time as it is Winter but in saying that you still will have a great time. Safe travels my friend.
