Hello, my name is Shelton, an agriculture student from Houston Texas. This year I want to hatch my chicken eggs to show them for FFA and keep them as pets. I am so glad I finally caught an incubator video right after it was posted it is my dream to receive an incubator from you guys, you guys are the ones who interested me in birds and the homestead lifestyle.

Hello, my name is Pia-Louise and I am a 35 year old aspiring homesteader from London, UK. I have watched you for many years and you have inspired me to live my life like you guys do. I haven't got a family so watching you showed me what a healthy happy family can be. And I now aspire to have my own family. I have two chickens in my backyard that I hatched a couple of years ago. I would like to hatch out some more so I can give them some company as chickens prefer to be in bigger groups as I've learnt from you. It would mean the world to me to get the incubator to hatch out some more chickens. I could even film it and upload it to show you how it goes 😊 thank you very much for everything you do.x

Hey guys I've missed you so much! Last week I had an accident and broke my left arm and my lower vertebrae so I am bed-bound laying flat for the next couple weeks. The worst part about being in the hospital for 6 days was that I didn't have access to my phone and I couldn't entertain myself with your videos so now that I'm home I'm going to catch up and I wanted to thank you so very much for all you do.

Thank you for all that you do!

Hello! I have a video request for you. Maybe you could try hatching Serama Chickens. They are said to be the smallest chickens in the world! However there is almost no data or information about them. If you ARE going to take my request. Then you can take these steps! Step one: I recommend buying the CHICKS instead of trying to hatch the eggs. Since I don't really know humidity or the temperature to keep the embryo alive ;-; Step 2: Fill a water bottle up and cut a small hole in it. Make the hole VERY low, but not TOO low. Then add some water and a small bag of electrolytes. If you make the water too high, the chick may drown. Step 3: Get a small container and fill it with POWDERED chick food, if you can't find a bag of them. Grind it until it's a POWDER. Prepare a lot because the chicks LOVE to eat. Step 4: If they are still chicks, give them a couple of weeks before putting them on the floor. This will give them a higher chance of letting them live until adulthood. Step 5: If you have a hen, feed her food that includes calcium, as this is going to make her egg shells harder. Step 6: If your hen is going to lay eggs, let the male (if you have one) mate with her. Once they are done, you can quarantine her from him so that she won't get distracted and leave her eggs. If you DO take this request, don't forget to give them enough room to roam, as they love to run around! Thank you for you time!

My name is April, I live in the pacific northwest. I recently hatched some ducklings for my sister in law and myself. There were about 9 crested cayuga cross eggs and 8 call duck eggs. We had 6 of each hatch with only one egg not developing. I got to keep the call ducklings and she ended up selling the other ducklings. I hope to move from the city to the country in the next few years ago i can have more chickens and ducks, turkeys and some dairy sheep so I can make soaps from the milk, and cheese! I love watching your channel and love seeing your reels on Instagram.

Having successfully raised chickens in the past, I've always dreamt of expanding my experience and taking on the delightful challenge of hatching call ducklings and quail. The joy and fulfillment I find in nurturing these little lives from eggs to fully grown birds is indescribable. It would mean the world to me to have an incubator to make this dream come true. With an incubator, I could provide the perfect environment to give these delicate eggs the best chance at hatching successfully, and in turn, continue my journey in raising and caring for these wonderful creatures. Thank you so much for considering my request. Your generosity would not only make my dream a reality but also bring immense happiness and joy to my life. Warmest regards, Myka

Hi! Im a 12 year old girl from Colorado and I really love birds. Last year I really wanted to do my first hatch project (inspired by this channel) and I picked 9 eggs total. Two duck, and 7 chicken. I at the time had one pair of begem bearded D’uccle ( Millie fluer variety) and two of the eggs I put under where from them. The other five chicken eggs were from the same rooster but complete mutts. These hens were also full sized, none of the five eggs from them ended up hatching. The two duck eggs I threw under there, the first one that hatched had a breathing issue and died after it started to hatch so we decided to put one more duck egg, at this time my broody Hen was pretty done with being broody after being on a nest of eggs for over three months she decided to poke a hole through the duck egg and try to kill the duckling. so I figured that after that hens were not the most reliable option in the end, I got two roosters and aDrake. and the only reason I got that Drake was because an incubator, we borrowed from our neighbors saved it. right now we currently don’t own an incubator and it would be really helpful in my future hatching endeavors. I would use this incubator to hatch chicken and duck eggs to improve the flock that I have right now. I work really hard for my flock and I’m hoping to not only increase the size butthe quality of the birds that I show in 4H. I would most likely try to make a mutt, a mix of a polish and Millie fluer, or attempt to mix a peak in duck and the drake I hatched last fall. This would really help with my second ever hatching experience. Tysm for all you do and I hope I get to live on a huge farm like you do one day. Your family and animals make me smile and I hope u spend the time to read this comment, I understand if you dont, I hope you have a great day!

I notice that the eggs that you most often "disturb" by candling them usually don't hatch and die at an early stage (where they were disturbed). The ones that you hardly notice and leave alone have the highest hatch rate.

It looked to me like he only candled them once. I just hatched eggs for the first time and candled a few times and had good success.

Hello, I’m from Brantford ON, Canada. My son who is 6yrs saw this video and asked me to hatch the same button eggs. Saw that you are giving it as give away. Please do send it to me, it would be very helpful and I can make my son educate on this.

Hi, Jake and family! Those quail are unbelievably adorable. They don't look like real life creatures. We're in Michigan and we'd love to hatch out some of our bantam duccles!

Thanks for sharing your adventures with us! While we are currently in Washington State we're working on moving to the southern midwest. Would love to have the incubator to try hatching some of the crossed eggs from our Ayam Cemani rooster. Eventually want to get into quail, but that's down the road.

Hello! My name is Nash and I’m from Texas. I am a student from Dallas. It has been my dream to receive an incubator from you guys. I would like to hatch some chickens for my family. My parents have wanted to get some chickens but don’t have the money to get an incubator. And I love love love chickens, I had some a little while back and sadly died from my neighbors dog😢. I hope to see you later! Bye.

I'm in Biloxi, Mississippi. I want to start haching chickens. I grew up raising my own chickens. I miss having chickens. I just moved from Flint, Michigan, to take care of my aunt, so I can't afford to buy anything.. God bless y'all.

Hello from California! I would love an incubator to see what my hens’ babies will look like if they could hatch. Some go broody but end up pecking the eggs before they get a chance to hatch

Love your videos especially start to finish, a refreshing change from the shock OMG ones that bait you into having to find and view to see the results. KUDOS Im from Nevada and raise Bantams LT Brahma, and orpington's and bresse but not liking the flightyness (I enjoy the laid back easy going breeds a little better) But we will see how they taste. I watch every video you put out Thank you
