3% peroxide in a clear bin for a couple of days is safe and works great without worries.

Why did you leave them in for so long? And the 20% is just too strong. Always go with less.

Yes I know now. I used the same solution for 7 or 8 batches and each one took more days to whiten and I honestly forgot they were out there. I checked daily for about 5 or 6 days and they were only about 50% better...well lesson learned.

Can you use 20%cream without sun? To avoid sunburn. Of course I'm reading this the day my 20% cream came in the mail.

Use 6% its safer max 6 days on any strength.

I actually got the red marks from a collection my friend gave me that were kept in an attic for 30+ years. They were all in the Vader and 3po case.. I noticed it affected storm troopers, snow troopers, and biker scouts.. Their arms mostly started turning red. I just imagine they are in a red planet. I have not attempted to remove them but it's an interesting phenomena . I will say that my original storm troopers only have mild "beiging" along with my original childhood snow troopers . My bikerscouts retained their whiteness for the most part.

I used 3%, soaked them for 3 days..90% got whiter...but 10% of them started to turn maroon. Definitely monitor them a couple times a days no matter how strong the solution is.

I have a question, my figures are kinda red because what you said “the sun” but if i play with them and my other figs do my other figures also `get red?
@10-103M5 жыл бұрын
so shat happens if you use tap water the chemicals react to the impurity's in the water or yo get bleed out from the container they are in. best way I have found is to use salon care 40 peroxide gel applied with a clean brush tip and left in sun for one day. also never do your method with an red or yellow painted guy it will stain. hope this helps

Stupid question but I can’t find the answer nor question anywhere. Will this also work with the 1995 power of the force storm troopers or only for the vintage???
@tydiriumhanger13204 жыл бұрын
Should work fine but I would check them 2 times a day and not leave them out longer than 3 days max.
