Even though Agent 700 was loyal to the Golden Emperor, I felt bad for him that he was trapped in the void of space with almost no way to escape. Truthfully, my only complaint about him is that he chose the wrong master to serve. Other then that, he kicks ass.

In the introduction, I loved the framed picture of the raising of the flag. Daleks also commemorate an Iwo Jima-type moment. These subtle touches are so inspired.

That is the only reason I like the recon dalek. I just feel that the missiles where overkill plus how the hell did it get them?!? But for a spy core (or as a member of the skaro degregations) the idea behind it kind of works.

this series is set in a different universe than doctor who, no timelords, the daleks have more emotion though will still shoot or enslave anything not dalek. the story is about a group of daleks turning against the emperor who is turning the daleks into mindless drones
