i saw this on mls earlier this week. got to say i was (and am) confused. nice cottage but >2 acre lot and 200ft frontage... lot faces ne for $7.4m is wow - a BIG ask. no boathouse, no guest cottage... at this price point i would have expected a muskoka full sized lot and a high end boathouse/guesthouse at minimum. even then maybe 6.5? i don't get it.

Another gouged price for. A n/e no sun all day is this why there is no price mentioned by you. For that price you can’t put a railing on the stairs going to the dock. Price 4-5k
