Thanks Russell. I've been inside the mine a while ago with a friend, it's collapsed a few hundred yards in, it's passable but looked really dodgy so we didn't try it. I didn't even know the steps were there until I flew the drone :)

Don't walk about much because of dodgy ankles but its interesting. Now I've seen whats further up on your video might try to go further.

Thanks again Russell. There’s another drone video of Nenthead mines on my channel which is just over the hill which might be interesting for you to walk around. I think I’ve posted about 80 videos and many of them are abandoned places in Weardale including old mines and quarries.
