I remember watching this Grammy's show....after AC/DC had finished, besides Annie Lennox who was very good if memory serves, the rest of the show was given a lesson in how to perform and put on a proper show.

Это грабеж на большой дороге, ибо некоторые слабые местные советы слабы по идеологическим причинам, сознательно и добровольно: их население входит в число тех, кто получает выгоду от этих коалиционных платежей. Они не предпринимают никаких усилий, чтобы выбраться из нищеты. И вот только что мы получили еще одну радостную новость. Международное исследование под названием PIRLS (имеется в виду международный проект «Исследование качества чтения и понимания текста») сравнило способности к чтению у четвероклассников в разных странах. Оно показало, что средний уровень чтения на иврите - да, уровень чтения на нашем национальном языке, языке, на котором мы молимся, - упал до уровня 20-летней давности. Другими словами, мы регрессировали на 20 лет. В эти дни ведутся вялотекущие переговоры в попытке найти хоть какой-то компромисс в усилиях по перестройке судебной системы. Это бессмысленная трата времени. Груда из 150 законов, более или менее серьезных, а также перекрученный закон о госбюджете и другие странные постановления, призванные разрушить основы государства, а не только его юридические основы, ждут, угрожая физическому существованию и на компромисс по тысячам деталей, и даже соглашение о составе комиссии по назначению судей не спасет страну от грабежа и превращения Израиля нынешним правительством в страну третьего мира. Этот процесс происходит со скоростью света, средь бела дня и на наших глазах. Наше существование здесь находится под угрозой, и каждый, у кого есть зрение, кто беспокоится не только о судьбе своих детей, но и о собственной судьбе, должен выйти на демонстрацию и любыми доступными средствами против пожара, намеренно разожженного в этом доме.

Metallica as well, I'm surprised ACDC or Metallica have never done the Super Bowl halftime show, it definitely is time for some real talent like ACDC o Metallica to do it. What's sadder is that Angus (now 69 in June 24) is the only remaining original band member. And this reminds me how old I am since I saw the Bonn Scott line-up in Australia when I was in high school. The video of them in a flatbed truck in the middle of Melbourne playing Its A Long Way to the Top (if you want to rock and roll).

I wouldn't say he's nervous or lacking joy. His reaction after the show speaks loudly. He is smacked against the wall by the sheer volume and energy of the band. His laughing after the show more is something like: "Wow, this is insane. Damn, I need to do something like this, too". He is the kid that wants to be like the stars of the show when he grows up.

All artists should watch and learn. This is how you create good music. No fakes. These guys were in their 70s here. And they are better than most contemporary. Few contemporary artists are truly genuine and it shows. They are too caught up in the weirdest trends and politics. They forget what music is really about. Making the listener feel something. Anger, despair, love, happiness, fury, fighting spirit, sadness.

Has any band in history delivered as much fun for as long a time. I often think this is the most played band in the world. I was lucky enough to catch a very young AC/DC concert in Montreal in 1980 with the new lead singer Brian Johnson on the Back in Black Tour. Little did I know where they would end up in rock history. They absolutely blew me away.

I think it's safe to say that the majority of the audience hadn't even been born yet when AC/DC was in their prime, but it's nice to see the audience embracing this legendary band!

I heard that they intentionally played highway to hell SUPER SLOW because they were told they could only do the first verse due to time, so they stretched it out. So rock and roll! Also, Brian absolutely rules.

One of my favorite videos. Yes, they got on stage and schooled the industry. So many of the people shown on camera were deadpan but are the same ones that would go crazy over the crap usually on the Grammies. They just heard the greatness and hear of true rock and roll.
