At 3:00, I meant to point to the 32 as the value and 1 as the location. Sorry about that.

Finally a programming language for masochists like me... Who needs parentheses, brackets or curly brackets. If you can just stare at a white screen when your program doesn't work. Amazing!

So it's effectively just a language with only 3 characters, which could be anything, like a,b,c, but they deliberately chose the worst possible 3. Or am I missing something?

"It is possible to write code in one language and have Whitespace code hidden in it like a secret language." Unless you use Python, which kinda relies heavily on indentation, in which case, you're screwed.

Is it possible to hide a whitespace program in Java code?
@Truttle16 жыл бұрын
Komentator 2.0 Most definitely! Java does not care about whitespace at all. Now Python on the other hand...

@@Truttle1 yes I already thought about it because I'm a "noob" in Java (I started this summer in school...) but I program in python over 3 years.but python cares about line break AND tab. If it would only care about one of them it would be possible

The only sane way to code in Whitespace is to instead write code using visible symbols like s t n and _ > J, and converting that to valid Whitespace code afterward. Example code: s // stack manip. s // push char stststtt n // 'W' tn // IO ss // output char at top of stack s s stsstsss n // push 'H' tn ss s s stsstsst n // push 'I' tn ss s s stststss n // push 'T' tn ss s s stssstst n // push 'E' tn ss That should convert into ␣␣␣⇥␣⇥␣⇥⇥⇥↲ ⇥↲ ␣␣␣␣␣⇥␣␣⇥␣␣␣↲ ⇥↲ ␣␣␣␣␣⇥␣␣⇥␣␣⇥↲ ⇥↲ ␣␣␣␣␣⇥␣⇥␣⇥␣␣↲ ⇥↲ ␣␣␣␣␣⇥␣␣␣⇥␣⇥↲ ⇥↲ ␣␣ (of course with the actual whitespace characters instead of the graphical symbols for them)
