As far as I know, the biggest befunge-93 progam is a version of Hunt The Wumpus; it fills nearly the whole area, including space it reserves for the map table.

Funge-98 has a very interesting mechanism known as fingerprints. It is an interesting idea so that people could actually expand the esolang features. Very few esolangs has this mechanism. The implementation of fingerprints is quite complex and it requires a more advanced interpreter. Nice how you explained about Befunge.

A much smaller calculator i made is: ~60p&& .~@ Should work in BF93 as well, its only caveat is that it allows for code injection into the 7th char without any cheks at all, but what are you gonna do with 1 character?
