Thing is his character may seem silly and be un-surly BUT his character is still the straight forward guy. It just contrasts with what we expect lying cops on TV to do in a serious manner. On a political note, they can lie to us but we can be charged with a crime for lying to them. If we civilian citisens perjure, we either go to jail or get fined a fuck-ton of money (maybe both). If a policeman perjures, that policeman is just never allowed to testify again OR has to be specially admitted to testify in future cases. It's fucking retarded. It seems to me the U.S.A. in general lowers its standards for law enforcement because too many people can't be held responsible enough to be a proper policeman and that's if the current understanding of a policeman is even proper in the first place. That's my current rant for now. God bless Trevor Moore.

As far as I can see there's nothing wrong with the sketch itself, what's messed up is that they're wearing lapel mics for audio, so when he gets put in a choke hold and starts yelling "Take my gun," his voice sounds muffled because there's an arm over his microphone.

I know this is dorky that I'm commenting on my own video but I hadn't watched this sketch in years and was curious if anyone said anything about this. I broke my elbow in the Suicide Show, there were a bunch of sketches where I left the sling off (If you ever see a sketch from this season where I am unnaturally holding my arm at a 90 degree angle, this is why) but this one we thought, "You see cop's in movies wear slings all of the time, after they get shot or something. Let's leave it on." As for there being some sort of stuffing in the sleeve hole, nope, it's just dangling.
