I love the whitewashed pine! This is literally the perfect tiny home for me. I've watched hundreds of tiny home videos and the only things I would add is a small dishwasher and a fireplace. Then add a porch swing once delivered and it's my dream tiny home. I'm officially starting to save 🙌

I just love these tiny homes. Unlike the 20 sq ft tiny homes with 1 ft high lofts to sleep in, these homes are actually livable and functional! I truly believe one day I’ll convince my hubby to get on the tiny home train :) maybe after the kids are gone.

In my retirement, I am going to need a lot larger, I and want a more squared cottage with a pitched roof without a loft, a split plan with a white brick fireplace surround. Is that possible, Mr. Tiny? Think in terms of a Southern cottage with a screened porch flanked with shade trees. What kind of magic can you muster to build such a cottage? I Saw a Similar model from another Dealer they Sunk the Bedroom which added footage to the Loft Area it was 59.5 Inches in Height They also Raised living Room creating Storage space underneath the Living room inside and Outdoor Storage Spaces underneath Living Room as well but it was only 15ft Wide should have been 17ft or 18ft it 2as a little to Narrow and To Short for my Taste.

Love the porch. I love the island with all the seating. I would do half windows in the living room so I can put a sectional couch. I would have you put in a fireplace in the entertainment center. I love the pocket doors. I would put a window in the walk-in closet for more natural light. I would put lift top storage under the first two stairs. I love the storage in the loft. And the lifted area for a bed in the loft .

Nice little place. I suggest moving the washer and dryer under the stairs, either side by side, or stacked, and facing the living room. There will still be some storage space under the stairs left over for other things, including laundry supplies. The back of the bedroom closet could then be extended a couple of feet. This would provide more closet space or more room for a home office against the back wall, while still leaving the side end to be used as a regular closet. While this would shrink the amount of regular closet storage space, there is plenty of additional storage for out of season clothes and other stuff in the loft, so that wouldn't be a problem. It would still be possible to use part of the loft as a second bedroom, while using part of it as attic storage. It would work best that way if the storage area is kept neat and organized. With the home office in the bedroom closet there would be space in the living room for both a sofa and a kitchen table, but the island would have to go. It takes up a lot of space and partly blocks the front door, but doesn't provide much counter or cabinet space. Also, lots of people (myself included) don't like sitting on high stools at high counters.

Why yes I DO love that white washed pine. Lol. ESP with how they set it up with all the rest like the white trim and low key grey contrast on the other walls. Plus the flooring even is a perfect complimentary color as well. I would prob just go for a white stair handle tho and would want the stair stain to match the floor (or at least cool grayish and not warm toned). 😁

Most beautiful finishes I've seen in the Cardinal. Makes it bright and airy. Don't care for the half loft and that really squeezes the bedroom and closet, but to each their own. The only thing that bothers me about this floorplan is the tiny kitchen and lack of a dishwasher. Otherwise, quite beautiful. I'd love to see this blown up into a 700 sq ft home.
