Been fishing whitewater and Florida bay for about 5 years now. WW is such a huge body of water. We often run the whole way out to the bay of Ponce de Leon, and even beyond that to the crab traps and look for tripletail. But even Coot Bay produces fantastic fish. You guys fish different areas than I do - great seeing how others do it. Tight lines gents.

I have gone twice to tarpon creek with my kayak paddling from flamingo and have got some gray snappers and jacks Very few fisherman share their fishing spots. Thank you!

You can put in at Coot Bay picnic area and avoid the long paddle down Buttonwood Canal. Just a secret. Be safe and enjoy.

I'm going to be fishing Whitewater Bay in April. I heard you mentioning the channel markers are very far apart, is it very difficult to navigate this area with basic GPS?

No, they are clearly marked on the GPS. They are out of range visually.

The spots don't move, but the fish are constantly moving. The content of the video talks about areas, not specific spots. Maybe you could take a look. Suppose you have a 1,000,000 acre ranch. Where is the cattle herd at any given day, time, wind, temperature, moon?

As the comment below points out WW is so HUGE that it can be totally frustrating to try to tackle. Some anchor and drop a hook with bait on it waiting for a fish to pass by. I'm more impatient, so I go looking for fish. This video shows 5 places that have been productive for me. As with all fishing you can go back to the same place 1000 times and the fish will not be there. The challenge is to understand how and where they move. This presentation is for the latter purpose, not the former.
