she was such a naturally down to earth woman. i believe i could listen to her talk about anything & i would totally enjoy it. that's how alluring she is to me. she will be missed but her spirit lives on through the music, movies & documentaries such as this one. that's whats most comforting - knowing that i can watch her anytime & still feel her genuine warmth.

Nippy LOVED Krissi more than really anything. I mean with all of the awards and music an everything in between. Krissi is Nippy’s greatest creation that she has ever made in her life. I think and feel in my heart that Nippy is Krissi’s love of her life. Honestly.

Too many "stories" is right. Whitney was 16 when they met, started seeing Bobby when she was 25. Yes, Robyn was still in her life. Cissy was very strict, Whitney went to an all girls H.S., she was shy, a loner, her brothers gave her "the talk" about being a good girl or a slut. Maybe she was naive when she met Robyn, maybe there was experimentation, certainly a close friendship/companionship. Whitney never hid that. I believe Whit when she said she's NOT GAY. I defend her 'cuz I hate gossip.

Whitney WAS NOT gay. Geez, when will this slander stop?! She's wearing comfortable, everyday clothes after giving birth, still losing weight. She had a tomboyishness growing up with two older brothers as I did so I understand. She was athletic... swimming, tennis, shooting hoops, roller blading. She loved dressing up & she loved wearing jeans and t-shirts just like every American woman and she was attracted to men. Enough!

What we know is that they were best friends and shared an apartment when Whitney moved out of her Mom's house. Whitney always had primarily one best friend at a time & once married that became Bobby, after divorcing that became Kim Burrell. Just because Robyn is gay doesn't mean Whitney was.
