This song brings back so many memories for me. It was my favorite by Whitney. Hope she found the peace she was looking for.

make no mistake, when she was singing...SHE WAS HAPPIER MORE AT PEACE, **AND** BRINGING MORE JOY TO THOSE LISTENING THAN MOST OF US COULD EVEN DREAM. WHITNEY HOUSTON'S JOY IS IN HER MUSIC. NO SAD LIFE HERE.

No matter what her issues are, I’m not aware of that many performances where she did not show up. She was an incredible woman with an extraordinary gift, and people like that are usually tormented. That’s just how it is. She’s not the only one, not the first, and won’t be the last, but everybody ain’t going to show up the way Whitney did every time she hit that stage. She never sang one song, the same way twice, because everything was coming from her soul and I loved her for that, and I miss her so much for the very same reason.😢

Beautiful outlook and voice. What a pity she destroyed the gift God gave her and HE felt sorry and perhaps kind of displeased with Whitney's decision to take drugs. But from my opinion, she had low self-confidence therefore she indulged in substance abuse to enhance her confidence as an artist. I don't understand with the public criticising her for minor reasons by saying that she was not ' black enough' or 'white enough'. So she took those criticisms to heart and she believed them. Substance abuse has also caused her to rebel from her 'decent' image. She gained weight and eventually her voice became hoarse and raspy. Nevertheless, she will still be remembered as a female artist with a golden voice e and beauty. Hopefully God will forgive her. She is human.

No matter what people like you bark, you can't take away her dignity and achievements. Like her song GLOA.
