I think you can see Kelsey's growth towards the end of the show. It shows a lot about her too that she gravitated towards Maddison, who is so genuine and kind.

Kelsey was over being on the show because she’s too real, she maybe didn’t realize it but that’s probably why they stopped following her story lines. The ones who insist they're so great all the time are sometimes the worst ones. Bc if you know what you are then you don't feel the need to talk about it all the time. Last season every word that came out of that girls mouth was about her journey. I think she just has an obsessive personality. She goes through these times where she wants to do something different and that's great but a lifestyle is supposed to be sustainable and I don't think she's found that yet. Atleast not from what we've seen on the show.

Idk how they keep her as a friend bc I would always think she's eventually gonna act that way again. I guess she didn't learn anything from Cara dating JJ when they were broken up. Madison's scenes are always really hard to watch because I feel like out of everybody on the show. She's the most likable and deserves the happy ending the most. It's ironic because when she was pregnant with Elliot, I was pregnant with my son. So that episode came out right before I gave birth, and I was crying the whole time. I'm also pregnant again while she's pregnant with her rainbow 🌈 Baby, and i'm genuinely so happy for a person that i've never met. I can understand why the material is hard to watch, especially when you've lost a child. It doesn't matter what stage of pregnancy. It's still hard, and I hope that everyone who's had to go through that is able to heal. ❤❤❤❤ sending good vibes whit and timmy

Whit, I'm 46 and have been married for 20 years. Every year has been a new stage of infertility. I'm past the stage of collapsing over sobbing over every pregnancy announcement or miscarriage/infertility story, but every now and then, especially on Mother's Day, I feel it in the deepest part of my being. It gets better, but the pain is always there, just more subdued, distracted, but ever present. I don't need to be a mother anymore. I have loved on my nephews so much that people call me their mom. I know I am not, and that is okay. But feel your emotions. Don't push them down or try to conceal them. Own them, feel them. It is part of who you are. Love you. I hope you heal in every part of your life, that you love on yourself and care for yourself and make sure you are healthy physically, mentally, and emotionally, always.

it sucks that the show got canceled this season had real genuine drama, especially towards the end. I think a lot of that has to do with it not being easily watchable at the time with streaming, and most of the episodes you actually had to have cable or an MTV subscription to view. That cut down a lot of viewers and a lot of the stuff was heavily over edited and produced/ set up. Something tells me though that they might do a spin off with like Jordana or somebody I just have a feeling.
@vhsgus9 ай бұрын
I agree but it honestly makes sense why they cancelled it after rewatching this season a 2nd time - Siesta Key definitely ran its course. The drama got stale, the friendships/connections feel forced and as you get into your mid to late 20s your friend groups from high school/college dissipate. There was a 7 year gap from when The City ended and Siesta Key began. I don't see another iteration coming to MTV for another 6 years. MTV puts all their money into Ridiculousness and Jersey Shore these days.
@moriahkirk19919 ай бұрын
@@vhsgus oh yeah, I agree with that for the majority of the storylines on the show. I just remember the real drama that was happening online that they kinda just barely touched on like the fight with Chloe and Amanda was intense and real. While everyone else in the series finale coming up got good edits for their montage. Allegedly, the producers wanted her to break up and be single in Miami so she can have a more prominent storyline for the Miami season but Kelsey said no. She didn't want to do that then got fired.

I personally think that Sam has no purpose and doesn't need to work and therefore he pays people to keep him company essentially. He throws money at everyone and everything they're doing, so that they will love him and hang out with him, just so they benefit from the situation. He is a lost grown man and that's quite sad. He keeps younger company, because people his age aren't interested in what he brings to the table, because they have moved on and up in their lives. His parents have not done him any favours by handing him everything and not giving him any responsibility or purpose.
