I am 60 now and remember very well the beginning of Whitney 1983. In that time I like the music as a background sound. Now, more than 30 years later I have discovered Whitney in an absolutely new way. Now I see, how great she was in singing and performing, it is unpossible to do it better. I research to learn more about Whitney, trying to look into her soul. If you look all the videos of the concerts she has done you can see the change in her, you can see how she loose her wonderful happiness, how she becomes sad. In the last yers she has lost her husband, her youthness and her wonderful voice. This all happend may be in a time of changing years of wemon. If a singer loose his voice, he loose all what he is. If you read the lyrics of the song I LOOK TO YOU and if you hear the song seeing her performance you could see her deep sadness. I believe that the lyrics of I LOOK TO YOU are discribe perfectly how Whitney feel deep inside. That makes my tears running. She must feel so lonely after to give so much to the people, she was empty and there was nobody near of her to help her. May be she was hurt too about to loose her friend Robin Crawford. All the discussions about her sexuality are so stupid and without sence, without respect to Whitney. It is equal which sexuality she has had, it is not important. I believe that Whitney was a great person which a very big heart for all the people, she was not looking for money, she only want to sing and to make the people happy with it. One thing I know to be true from watching this video: Robyn was the ONLY real friend that Nippy had. I wish Nippy could've seen through all the fakes and phonies who used her for their own gain. She was exactly like Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley in that sense: trusted the wrong people every single time. She should've fought for her friendship with Robyn and ignored Cissy, but any hint of scandal in her early career would've buried her: I understand why she had to make the break. Even Bobby Brown said in his book that there was a different level of trust that Whitney had with Robyn, and he was her husband! A genuine friend knows all your secrets and skeletons, but holds them tight to the vest and tells no one. This is what makes Pat Houston's access to Whitney in the final years so heartbreaking and troubling: her own sister-in-law was a snake waiting to profit from her image.

I am shure Whitney would be with us still today if the society in that years could respect the love between two persons independing from sex. I believe it was true love between two human hearts of Robyn & Whitney. If you see the documentary "can I be me?" you can see the sitaution Robyn left Whitney in the year 2000. Roby left not only Whitney, she left a family of people arround Whitney two which she shahred her life many years going round the world. She left in a quiet and friendly way but you can see the pain in her face about that. That shure must be a very difficult step for both. If you see in which way Robyn left you know she was very sad about that but she could not stay longer. Whitney always makes peace between Bobby Brown and Robyn. But than the day was there when Whitney cannot carry longer the struggle between Bobby and Robyn ans Whitney said to Robyn: "I am married and he is my husband, if you could not handle this you have a problem" Short time after this sentence Robyn left Whitney and they never talk any word again to each other. Whitney doesn't because she was straight in decisions and Robyn shure feels thrown out by Whitney. (Robyn never spoke about Whitney after that happend, only one day after the passing of Whitney Robyn told about her and how she was: "Whitney never would call after someone, eaqual if the person was fired or had announced") So Whitney and Robyn are in a stalemate situation I believe. Robyn feels hurt and to be left by Whitney for that sentence she said. Whitney feels hurt too about Robyn because she take the decision to left Whitney. Never they spoke again to each other since that day in 2000. I am shure that both are crying secreatly hard about that pain about this situation . After 2000 Whitney consumes more drugs than ever as we know today. In the documentary's "Being Whitney Houston" and "Being Bobby Brown" in 2005 You can see her situation. Whitney has lost all her teath, visit institutes to practice drug withdrawal in that years, she lost her voice, she struggled. Whitney escape to california (2006 I believe) and was waiting that Bobby Brown look after her, but this doesn't happen. Bobby has had fun with other wemons and he did not fight for to win Whitney back. In the year 2006 Whitney calls her lawers to prepare the devorce of Bobby Brown which becomes reality in 2007. Whitney left the house in Atlanta in Alpharetta Tullamor Place after the Villa in Medham. (The Villa in Medham was to near to the home of Cissy her mother which has a strong control about Whitney. So Whitney, Bobby Kristina and Bobby Brown lived in Alpharetta where they could have partys with drugs without the risk that Cissy is ringing the door as a surprise.) After the divorce Whitney fights to come back in a new live only with her daughter at her side, she was alone. Clive Davis prepared a comeback on stage with the Album "I look to You". In a big Interview with Oprah Winfrey in the year 2009 for to make promotion Whitney talks very open about her life and present the song "I did not know my own strength" which discribes her tue situation. Clive Davis was sitting in the audience of this Interview show and he opend that the new Album "I look to You" was on nr. 1 in the billboardcharts. Whitney was back in business. Directly after that Whitney has to make big tours round the world in 2009 and 2010 for to make the business and it was a disaster, her voice was lost and she was booed again. May be this throw her back to the drugs deeply. She was allone, very lonely. Could we imagine how lonely Whitney must feel after to understand that she has lost her voice? For a singer the voice is an importand part of the person, if you loose this you loose yourself, specialy if you have no one friend arround you. Whitney was the money machine for "the family". She paid all for this nearly 50 people. She payed houses, cars, inshurences, schools, she payed all. So "the family" has big interest for that money and small for the person. Because Whitney never has learned to understand what is important for to be happy, for to be healthy inside herself she take drugs and for that she passed away. Of course, if the people arround Whitney do not let her allowne in the room in the Beverlyhills Hotel in 2012 (Whitney should not be allowne and every body knew that in this time and she was not allowed to take baths only showers!), Whitney would not pass away, but shure she has had to be the money machine. Shure she would go on to feel lonely. She could not take the phone to make a call to Robyn Crawford, no that was impossible for her because she was too proud may be or too afraid. In every case this is so tragic and so sad. I believe Whitney was in love with Robyn and with Bobby Brown. But Bobby Brown was not guilty for what happend. Bobby Brown was only not the person who could show Whitney the way to real happiness and freedom. Whitney makes history and she never will be forgotten, not as this super talent and not as this wonderful person. Rest in peace Whitney.

Whitney didn’t want because she thought she didn’t had the experience needed. like, this song is really heavy, the lyrics and everything. Whitney did a live cover in 1991, y can find the video here, on youtube, and never sang this song again. That until on her last album she record the song. If you listen to it carefully, it screams robyn. You can hear that she felt and meant every word in this song. I think it was a message from her to robyn, not only with what the song express, the lyrics i mean, but that she didn’t forget robyn. Yes and everybody knew unless you were in denial. I think she would have been with Robyn and honest about it, if it was not for her mother being accepting of the relationship. Cissy told Oprah she would have never accepted Whitney being gay and them two being a couple. Which I think is awful, they all wanted her money in some kind of way I think except for Robyn. So with her not being able to share a beautiful relationship, she marries Bobby Brown. Look at what you got, an alcoholic, drug user, stayed in jail, just ignorant. His entire family, his 2 million kids and his extended family all spending her money, because he was broke, he didnt know how to manage his money and he only had one good album. Its very sad that he was her reality, when she had who she wanted all alone, she was just scared to officially come out and be herself. And people kill me although Bobby Brown did not technically start her on drugs, it got worse when he came in the picture and its awful strange that you never heard of her HUSBAND trying to get her any help. Hate to say it but the truth is the truth. The Houston's and the Browns ignored the real issues. They just wanted to continue spending her money and keeping her in a state that she could not make logical decisions. I think both families are pretty pathetic, and now all they do is get on talk shows and tell lies about her, movies you name it! Just low down and they should all be ashamed of the outcome, because yes they played a major part in it...lets keep it real!!

People always try to say this explains Whitney's drug use, but it really doesn't because both of her brothers also had serious drug problems. Clearly her issues were deeper and were shared with her brothers. Also, Robyn is the one who first told Cissy about Whitney''s drug use and told her she thought Whitney needed help. I think Robyn was the best friend Whitney had, but it's believable to me that they were truly just friends. Whitney said she didn't really have any friends growing up and Robyn didn't either, so they became best friends. Robyn's partner today also use to work for Whitney, so that could've been her girlfriend all along. Whitney running around with Robyn, of course people would speculate, but that doesn't make it true.

One thing l can say about Robyn, whether they were a couple or not, Robyn was a friend. She has yet to divulge the two's relationship thus far.
