Cute DIYs but please don't bathe in baking soda. It's an alkaline and not good for your skin.

You can always secure candles by melting the bottom of the candle to fit the holder. That's what I do so they fit better in my antique candle holders

I keep an old birthday cake candle on hand to melt a little wax into the bottom of candle holders to secure my candles so they stay straight.

I LOVE the tall tapered candle holder! And although it DOES appear extremely dangerous 🤣 it doesn't deter me in the least from wanting to make it with 3 cats in my home! The battery operated option will have to satisfy the illumination qualities. Thanks for also sharing about the differences in the glazes/lacquers!

I loved it !! For glue the candles, you can burn the candle base a little bit to melt the wax and you will be able to “glue” it safer than to use super glue in the candle

The candle holder is amazing! You could also secure the candles with poster tack. They carry it at dollar tree stores.

another (not so permanent or flammable) trick for wobbly candles is wrapping rubber bands around the bottoms of the candles This was fun.

Girlfriend.......tip, burn the bottom of your candle over your holder so the wax can drip into to bottom then push your candle into the hot wax, that will insure the candle staying in the holder.
