Although most ppl are saying S3 is bringing the dramz, I think the animosity and meaness from Kyndra and Cami make this season really dark compared to the first two. S2 was great by documenting this innocence of growing up, particularly in the graduation episode where Alex.H calls Jessica confessing she doesn't know what to feel in a milestone moment of her life. I miss seeing that.

I think her saying that was kind of like her being surprised he said he wouldn’t know what to do if something happened to her. That baby talk at the beginning made me feel better about something I’ve been worried about; I’m 36 with no kids and keep wondering if it’ll ever happen (no fertility issues just finding they suitable father of child issues lol). @@curlykale1226 I’m not 100% sure but apparently she is from a town about 30 minutes away from Laguna. She lived with Raquel during filming. That why we never see her home or anything like that. She later moved back to her home town at the end of season 3.

She did go to Laguna her Junior year & apparently went to San Clemente her Senior year, which is also where Rocky’s BF Alex went to HS. We do see her house once during the season, but it’s very brief shot of the door and her living room. That’s why some people claim season 3 was more “random” bc they didn’t really focus on a group of Seniors & people say they “pulled kids in from other schools,” but I think for the most part, with the exception of dates & friend of friends, the core people went to Laguna HS. Kyndra was apparently homeschooled during filming but went to LB her Senior year. I guess the thought process was they’d have Juniors to follow into Senior Year for Season 4 & that never materialized.

Yeah couldn't help but notice that in S2, and obviously Jason's cup of tea because he then asked Cami to the Prom, and she has more milkshake than Jessica. Not to be mean to her, but tbh I think thats the main reason Jessica gets the guys, coz she was super annoying whenever she would pick arguments with them, which seemed to be all the time. I was like why in the world are these guys with her, and then I was like, oh that's why.

My mom had my brother at 35 and had me at 39. I am 31 now. She was always older than other moms but not by spirit. She is still friends with the mom's from my elementary school. Also, I keep her young. 37 is a great age!

It may seem old to have a baby at 37/38 but I found I'm not the only mom who had a child late in my 30's. Some of my friends had children in their early 40's as well. It's not as obviously different these days. Rock on Whit & Happy Birthday!

This is show makes me and my husband laugh so much. I used to watch it on my own then my husband joined once he saw how much I was smiling.I watched The hills and Laguna back in the day so it’s fun to revisit them. He has never watched them though but still this series so much, mainly for the fantastic hot takes you guys have. I think that’s a true testament to you both.
