@1:29 sorry whit, your anxiety about this party was the direct reason Sonny ended up having anxiety. If you therapist has not pointed this out to you, they are just a Yes person. Before I even heard you finish the story, I knew Sonny likely had anxiety about the party. YOUR emotions have an effect on your kid beyond anything else happening in their life. They pick up on EVERYTHING, even if you think you are good a hiding it. Care for yourself first, then Sonny will be well. Much love to you both ♥

I actually stopped watching your videos a year or so ago. As someone who has done IVF and has an upcoming embryo transfer scheduled for December 18th, I couldn’t watch you having a successful implantation - it’s just so hard and the emotions are insane. I’m not a jealous person and I hate feeling jealous in general but I did. I checked in today to see where you were with your journey and am sorry I left a while ago. You both make me laugh and remember that I’m not alone. I hope the best for you both and hope you find peace as you go through this journey. Thank you for sharing your life, all the ups and downs.

THE SMALL TALK 😂 I interact with 50+ random new people every day at work, and I loveee breaking the ice. It helps to drop a completely unhinged comment like 3 sentences in - then everyone is forced to get real & skip the small bs. "Yea your yard is lovely...so I'm losing health insurance in a month, got any recs?" "Totally love that show...so I was looking at electric cars, how do you think that will affect the oil industry?" Full blown realness. Will either scare people off or you'll be bonded for life.

I had my 2nd child the day Covid hit the state of MT. I was a stay at home mom for 2 years. You two kept me sane with The City and The Hills reactions. (Still do) My husband and I tried, and had 2 miscarriages. Relationships have trials. He decided to give up. I absolutely LOVE your relationship! Please just keep being you!

Major respect to you both for talking about all of this. Infertility is such a taboo subject still when it shouldn’t be and people like you both speaking about it so open and honestly is what makes a difference. You guys are just the best and I love supporting your channel. It’s relatable, fun, genuine and enjoyable to watch. ❤

I had a miscarriage at 11 weeks just over a month ago. We found out at our 12 week scan. We had previous scans at 7 and 10 weeks and everything was fine, we found out she was a girl. My heart still hurts, I start crying randomly because I miss her. It’s such a deep loss. I feel your pain and thank you for talking about it ❤

I'm very late to your channel but I just caught up on a bunch of reaction videos (The City, Hills, LB) & I'm happy to be here now. I hope to have a relationship like you two have, it seems like you're both very good at being supportive and letting the other express their feelings. Thank you for sharing these stories with us; the good and the bad. Also, Timmy I can't believe the other dads didn't laugh at your joke, it was a great dad joke!!!

Please consider adoption and or fostering, there are over 300k children in the foster system in America and are over 60,000 children in California’s foster care system needing families. I do sympathize with your fertility journey, and have had dealt with infertility as well as so many people and it is heart breaking each step you take forward to be set backwards. Thank you for sharing your story and bring awareness and allowing other to be more comfortable talking about their stories.

I cannot do fully natural deodorant as someone who sweats alot. I was thinking about switching to lume i hear its really effective. In the meantime, I’m using the natural arm and hammer, and that’s the only only one that seems to work.

Halloween candy is the absolute worst for my kids behavior. They wake up and want candy, beg for candy, etc. and I’m not strict on no candy but it’s like they act so crazy on it (3 young boys) after fighting them for weeks about it I saw some mom on a video post that she lets her kids go so ham on theirs and lets them get sick on it so they don’t beg for it anymore and I’m so ready for next year bc of that 😂

So, I use the natural deodorants as well, but I also dab 1 drop of dilute essential oils of my fav scents in my most sweaty of regions, which prevent me from feeling smelly. 🤗 Also, kudos on the kind yet smart approach to food for the kiddo. I have to share my trauma around food that should help you feel really good about the way you're doing everything. So, I was very unhealthy as a child in that I was naturally underweight due to a genetic mutation, AND I had a concave chestwall that left me susceptible to catching every illness that my older siblings exposed me to, & so my parents were very strict on me & only me bc they were afraid I'd need to go to the hospital for a 'bout of pneumonia, the staff think I was deadly thin, & then I'd be taken away from them. To prevent any weight loss or scrutiny, when I got really sick, I'd refuse nearly all food, even my fav foods, & so my parents would force feed me, where my dad would sit w/me on the floor, wrap his legs & arms around me like I was in a full Nelson, & then my mother would jam food into my mouth then pinch my nose shut & jam my jaw closed until I swallowed the food. Now, as an adult w/several health conditions, I'm predisposed to feel aversion to eating while I'm ill, & I can't eat many foods depending upon their consistency, even if I think they taste alright, including all forms of melon & mushrooms (except the magic kind that are filtered & easily masked in a beverage 😅). When I got too big for my parents to forcefeed, I was strapped into chair against the table & wouldn't be permitted to leave the table 'til my plate was empty, which tended to result in crying to the pt of hyperventilating & needing to do breathing treatments or falling asleep @ the table & waking up to being put into a bath bc my face landed in my plate of food. Be proud that you're doing the nutrition part of parenting in a manageable, healthy way that won't traumatize Sonny.

Just bc they wanted another baby doesn't mean that they don't enjoy having sonny. Having another one doesn't mean the one you have isn't enough or isn't good enough it means that you want to expand your family. I don't think it's selfish that they enjoy being parents and that they want a bigger family. It's not like they don't take care of their son or they don't love him. You're reading too much into that and making it into something it's not.
