WOW!!! So many thought nuggets to live by in that short video. Timmy seriously has your back AT ALL TIMES and I LOVE that he helps talk you off the ledge when it comes to your scary thoughts of self doubt. 1)"Always say hello" - I love this so much, because sometimes I'm too afraid to even just say hello, so I look down and keep walking and have probably missed so many great connections. 2)"Give the people you don't know the benefit of the doubt until they give you a reason not to" - We tend to focus on our insecurities so much, that we could potentially be missing out on some great things, all because we have this preconceived notion of how someone is going to treat us based on our past efforts. 3)"Honesty & vulnerability=confidence" - well damn...im shook. Just put this on a sticky note above my work desk so I can read it every day. I didn't mean for this to be a paragraph, but some really good points that written down and read later, rather than just hearing them may give someone (myself included) that push to be a bit braver in their journey. Love you guys!!

That advice at the end is amazing. Being authentic and not always assuming the worst of people is the right way to go. Sure, some people are not worth it, but most of the time it helps a lot with anxiety in my humble opinion.

I really appreciate that conversation about social anxiety. I relate a lot to what Whitney said about 'being in group B', I think I was the same in secondary school (high school in the UK) and its definitely carried through with me now at 25. I get anxious about being in social scenarios, especially when I'm around people who are considered to be cool by societal standards - whatever that even means now. But yeah, it's definitely something I need to work on personally, maybe it's a confidence issue too. Anywho, just comforting to know I'm not the only one that feels this. Thank you - loving the vlogs!

I've just been thinking recently that I should comment here. I've never made a youtube comment before or even logged in on my computer to youtube because it's on my TV. BUT...lately I have been living in anticipation of your videos. I have been really inspired by you Whitney and you're one of the most down to earth people I've ever seen in the spotlight. During this global pandemic I have found it hard to find motivation in my work, but seeing how driven and hard working (and joyful!) you are has given me the ability to push forward. So thank you for inspiring us to try hard, be vulnerable when it's not natural--all the while dancing and laughing. OK I have a few points (in non-chronological order): 1) so so up for affordable sweats / lounge wear collection by whit! (swhits?!) 2) sonny is the cutest 3) totally don't feel greedy, its worth it for the brands but also so interesting hearing you plan it and refreshing having you be open about it! 4) the last convo really resonated with me - I often feel really socially awkward and don't know how to say hi or introduce myself then leave it too long and feel more awkward about not saying anything. Im trying to get better at it and like you said, just be honest and open and try to be ok with my weirdness.
