Not shown in video: it's permanent day/night there in winter/summer and the less exciting North pole shares this trait. These areas are unlivable. due the ice sheet, temperature and permanight in the winter. Antarctica wouldn't ''disappear'' either if all the ice melted, you'd be left with a very muddy mountain range as it's ice is on land.
