Who Am I Taking To London Horse Show?

It’s time to reveal which horse I’ll be taking to the London International Horse Show for my annual demo! 🐴✨ For the past two years, my superstar Jam has absolutely wowed the crowds, but sadly, she’s out of action this year due to her injury. So, the big question is: Who will step up to the plate-Winnie or Wilma?
This video takes you behind the scenes of our final training session with top showjumper Dan Delsart, as we prepare for the big day. Winnie, being Jam’s daughter, would make this moment extra special-will she follow in her mum’s hoofprints? Or will Wilma, my pocket rocket, steal the spotlight? Watch to find out!

Winnie's stride...every time I see this pony she takes my breath away. That's a horse stride on a pony, and a dang nice one too, there's so much there, she just has this Rolls Royce engine once she starts moving and turns herself on and applies herself.

Very good session. Every time I see Winnie, she looks different! Her colour changes before clipping, after clipping are amazing! And she is so much more mature now. Dan is a great teacher. ❤

She really looks great, and the break probably did her good. She looks more mature and confident to me (and very pretty clipped!). (LOL you just said that on the vid 2 seconds after I wrote it!).

Winnie looks great. As usual, you are your own worst enemy! I know I can't say a thing because I've done the same thing all the time. Just let her go, its hard when she throws those little bucks, it makes us nervous riders more nervous! But she really doesn't want to dump you and despite you feeling bad about it, you ride those little bucks like they are nothing. Really, you are good! Oh my Winnie, if you move her forward, she is quite scopey and has a lovely bascule. Just force yourself to relax (and doesn't that sound stupid) but deep breaths and trust she can do it and really wants to do it! Great job Meg, I live in the States so I will never see you in real life but I know you are going to do beautifully in London and this year eventing will be very, very good for you and Winnie!

You're such a talented rider and your confidence seems like it's *there* again after everything a few years ago! But the "fiddling holding hands" thing that Dan points out - is that a mind over matter thing do you think? A bit of an old fear to hold on and add a stride, kill the canter a bit? She's so keen and when you did those last two lines, she flew and you went with her so well!! Trust yourself, Meg - you're awesome!

She and Han should share one they would be rich, or broke until they opened it.) I wonder if Meg has seen a sports psychologist to deal with her lack of confidence since her fall a year or so ago, she has come such a long way with getting her confidence back and that last bit where she doubts herself/hesitates at the last second and over apologises is all that’s left to put it behind her. I think it all must be so much harder to overcome the self judge when everything you do is on camera and there are so many real judges online to reinforce that nagging inner voice.
