Education is necessary for executive be it IAS, Lawyers, Bankers but not for legislature I think most important thing for legislature is having vision ad managing skills to guide executives. Educated people can be poor leaders we have many examples of highly educated people taking bad decisions and not much educated leaders changing the state for good. Last thing we need is an entrance exam for politicians you are denying the lesser privileged the right to achieve his dreams. Also the Indian education makes nothing but robots anyways.
